Deliberately minimal — marks float in a bare dark field (no chrome, no decorative motion), one restrained accent, the explanation surfaces only as you engage, layout fixed so nothing jumps; reduced-motion and no-JS/screen-reader fallbacks (noticings live in the DOM as the source of truth), plus a "see all eight at once" view. — Repeat — verified-fact micro-essays, the lean-in reveal, and an opener that does something to the visitor rather than asking politely. Built by hand in a Cowork session on 2026-06-06 into the v0 / 2026-05-19 slot; the automated Tuesday job had never run (no secrets set — see LAUNCH.md). Opening was reworked once on Jordan's feedback into the interactive blind-spot hero (blind spot promoted from a card to the hero; "more trees than stars" added to keep eight). Also taught timeline.ts to emit /archive/index.html.
